RETURNS/EXCHANGES - Will be issued within 30 days and with less than 1/4 of the product used for purchased price in the form of exchange or in-store retail credit.

IN-STORE CREDIT

We do not do cash/credit refunds. All returns will be done so in the form of in-store credit.

In-store may be redeemed within one calendar year from the return date.

24 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION POLICY- Stylists require at least 24- hour notice prior to scheduled appointments.

We understand that emergencies do happen, however most appointment slots take 24 hours to fill. If our stylists aren't working, they aren't getting paid. Repeat offenders will be charged 50% of the appointment's service total in advance.

NEW CHEMICAL SERVICE APPOINTMENTS -

All appointments that fall under this description will require a $50 non-refundable deposit/non-transferrable deposit at the time of booking (Up to 5 days prior).

Halo Designs stylists stand behind their work and are happy to make adjustments to your cut or color if notified within 7 days following the service.

Return check will incur a $25 + any incurred bank fee.

Begining August 1st 2024 a 2.9% surcharge will be added to any purchase made with a credit card. NO FEES will be added to purchases made with Cash, Debit, or checks.
